Operation Spark - Fake Utilites Company cause explosion while digging illegally in the road

Nine men have been sentenced who were part of a OCG responsible for setting up cannabis farms across the UK. Even though they may look legit, Elev8 Civils and Utilities were digging the road illegally and abstracting the electricity to be directed into cannabis cultivations. It started with North Wales Police, when they received intelligence from residents in Bangor about suspicious activity at a long-abandoned shop on the high street. Following further investigations, warrants were executed on 30 January, which led to the seizure of cannabis cultivations worth approximately £1.2 million. The van outside which was digging in front of this property was Elev8 Civils and Utilities. The investigation was passed to us and we soon realised that this company had be digging illegally all over the UK and causing very dangerous scenes. Watch how we caught them all!
