The cops who make the visit love to see the smiles on all the kids’ faces, but in actuality we are the ones who leave smiling.” – Detective Terry Brienza NYPD’s Violent Felony Squad Cops from Brooklyn North’s Warrant Squad, Narcotics Borough and the Crime Scene Unit returned to St. Mary's Healthcare System for Children in Queens for the third year to spend a little time with some kids who love Christmas. There were smiles all around (and a few tears) as officers from all over the City handed out gifts and introduced children to some of our four-legged members.
