#butterchicken #chandnichowk #delhi In this episode I go on Delhi's famous butter chicken hunt, at first maps was showing me a wrong location, but after some perseverance, I eventually found Aslam Chicken restaurant. Located next to Jama Masjid mosque in Chandni Chowk, with flaming BBQ, a mountain of chicken, the chef preparing this dish is simply an artist! So much love is put into this dish, flame-grilled chicken pieces, tossed in cream & spices, and finally absolutely saturated in a beautiful melted butter, which is also cooked on the open flames. Garnished with coriander, served with thin roti, eating this dish was unlike anything else.
