In this Trains At video, we begin our trainspotting day out on Saturday at Portslade station, on the West Coastway Line/Route. Portslade is located just west of Brighton, and is 3 stops down the line from Brighton. Here you will see services from Southern and passing through at on limited services, GWR and even the odd empty stock Thameslink train. You may note that Portslade has a level crossing, which can be very busy at times with buses crossing it very frequently. Being next to a level crossing is very helpful because when the barriers go down, you know a train is not far, so you have time to get in a good spot for a great capture. Highly recommend people to come to Portslade but like I did, it's better to go on a Saturday where there are more services. Remember to Like, Comment and Subcribe for more future content.
