What If You Could Have a PERFECT BBQ on a Winter Camping Trip

I really love winter camping ,hot tent winter camping even more ...i also love BBQ ,charcoal BBQ,old school fall of the bones ribs marinated 48 hours in homemade sauce ... yummy ! So in a twisted way i choose lightweight hot tenting gear to save cargo capacity for bringing a small charcoal BBQ ... a CAST IRON BBQ ...small and not THAT heavy anyway , i ended up overpacking ... too much charcoal , a Pomoly stove i did not need ,a kettle ,3 saws , a rope i had no use for ...you know , one of these day ... I did end up having a very nice evening by the campfire , enjoying my ribs with a cold one , having a good night sleep and a delicious breakfast in the morning ... and really ,overpacking or not this is what camping is all about .
