Lisbon, Day 3: 3 Things to do in Belém. On our third day in Lisbon, Portugal, we headed to Belém. We caught the train from Cais do Sodré and took a walk over to the Padrão dos Descobrimentos. We decided to climb up the 267 steps to get a look at the view from the top and give you a tour of the building. After that we headed over to the Mosteiro dos Jerónimos and explored the Igreja there. We stopped for a delicious Pastel de nata, as one does when one is in Belém - it's the tradition - and finally, we visited the National Coach Museum / Museu Nacional dos Coches, which was nothing short of spectacular.
