This restaurant is located in the Fatih neighborhood of Istanbul, where the main market and many recreational and historical places are also situated. If you visit this beautiful and historic neighborhood after your trip to Istanbul, you can enjoy an authentic and delicious Turkish meal here. Kavurma is served with two types of carbohydrates, and we opted for the mixed option. One is rice cooked with meat broth, which has a delightful taste due to its cooking method. I highly recommend it. The other one is bulgur, which is also cooked with meat broth and tastes excellent. The Kavurma itself is cooked with its own fat and juices for a long time, resulting in a unique, strong, and flavorful taste that will make your mouth water. We strongly suggest visiting this restaurant to experience this delicious Turkish dish. Alongside this dish, we ordered a glass of Ayran, a traditional Turkish drink, which perfectly complemented our meal. We also tried Şalgam Suyu, a turnip juice that is commonly served with meals and is a popular Turkish alcoholic beverage called Raki. It has a tangy and delicious taste, which is particularly refreshing on a hot summer day. Furthermore, this dish was served with onions, tomatoes, and spicy peppers, which enhanced the overall experience and made it a great package. The head chef of this restaurant was a cool and charming man, and we enjoyed talking to him a lot. We give this restaurant and its delicious food a good rating of 8.5 out of 10.
