Rooted in tropical context and cultural sensibilities, the home seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor living. Organized around a 60-by-60-foot central courtyard, the two-tiered house links living and dining areas, informal family zones, sports facilities, and seven bedrooms on the upper floor. Ground-floor Rajula stone walls provide a visual base, while exposed brick and concrete bands on the first floor add rhythm. Pitched roofs, trellised verandahs, deep-set windows, and thoughtfully designed in-between spaces, such as corridors, terraces, and swings, enhance comfort and pause. Native landscaping with red Agra stone pathways completes the immersive environment.
