Get 10% off The Ice Pod (claim the discount code): https://bit.ly/theicepod ^much cheaper option that allows you to set up a "pod" and put water and ice in it manually. They also have a chiller unit bundle which is significantly cheaper than the Edge tub (about $4,000 less). This is an exclusive discount only available to my audience! I think this is the perfect and affordable way to get into cold water therapy for beginners. In this video, I'm going to go over a complete beginner's guide on how to do cold water therapy at home. I'll take you through all the different methods of ice baths, price points, the benefits, as well as my experience over the past few years experimenting with biohacking. Check out Edge Theory Labs here (Use code CHARLIE for $150 off): https://bit.ly/edgetheorytub ^This video is not sponsored but I'm a huge fan of my ice bath. Using my link will give you a $150 discount and I'll get a small commission as well. Yes, it's expensive but if you want to do ice baths over 3 times a week, it is worth it. The Edge tub allows me to set the exact temperature I want, and the water is filtered and cleaned. It can also turn into a hot tub :) I started off buying ice at the grocery store, and filling up a bath tub. It does work but it's hard to set the exact temp, plus it takes a long time. I do recommend trying this FIRST to see if ice baths are something you can do consistently. The way cold water works is it constricts your blood vessels and reduces blood flow in your body which causes you to go into "survival mode", and stimulates the body's natural healing processes. In terms of business, ice baths have helped me in terms of being able to increase my mental toughness to make hard decisions every day, it has made me more disciplined, and I've been able to sleep much better which results in better output the following day. While cold therapy has many potential benefits, it's important to note that it may not be suitable for everyone, especially those with certain medical conditions or who are pregnant. I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before trying the things that I talk about in this video.
