Dine and Delight — Staycation June 2025 at Marriott Merlin Beach Phuket

This weekend, I had a wonderful staycation at my favorite spot, Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Merlin Beach. Themed "Dine and Delight," the half-board package included breakfast and gave me the choice of either lunch or dinner each night. The food was absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed the happy hour at the Rum Shack by the beach, featuring a buy-one-get-one-free drink offer. One of the highlights of my stay was the Thai cooking class, which was definitely my favorite activity in June 2025. I even prepared a three-course Thai meal myself. A big thank you to the amazing staff who made my experience special: Khun Nina, Khun Sukol (cooking class chef), and Khun Marina from the Merchant Kitchen restaurant; Khun Boom and Khun Kwan from Beach Grill; Khun Bo, Khun Miki, and Khun Suji at the front desk; and the entire team for their wonderful support throughout my stay!
