I recently picked up a Canon EF-M 55-200mm f4.5-6.3 IS STM because I needed something with range and there are only two native options in the EF-M system. This lens is on the lower cost side with a compact size and reduced maximum apertures on the short and telephoto ends. The benefits of the lens come in image stabilization as well as a fast and quiet auto-focus motor. I took this lens out for nature photos at my local state park as well as the cosplay photoshoot I talked about before. With so many EF and EF-S lens options available, I'd suggest checking those out if you have the EF to EOS M adapter unless you want the smallest lens possible with the best quiet native auto-focus.
