Day 1 of our Goa trip was all about slowing down and letting the journey take the lead. This vlog captures our road trip from North Goa to South Goa, exploring peaceful cafés, scenic drives, quiet beaches, and golden sunsets — the side of Goa that often gets missed. We started our day in Siolim and headed south after a relaxed brunch at Artjuna Cafe Badem, a beautiful spot near MOPA Airport that’s perfect for a slow morning. The drive to South Goa was smooth, scenic, and surprisingly calming, with rivers, bridges, and open roads making the journey just as memorable as the destination. After checking into our Airbnb in Colva, we explored a quieter stretch of Colva Beach, spent hours watching the sunset at Silver Spoon, and later visited Betalbatim Beach in search of bioluminescence — an experience that turned into something even more peaceful and surreal. The day ended with dinner and live music at Martin's Corner, wrapping up our first day in South Goa on a perfect note.
