Paignton Harbour and Town Walk 4K

A break from the norm today as we take in wonderful and pleasant stroll around the small fishing harbour in Paignton, South Devon. The route takes us south of the town around the dedicated walking path which overlooks Goodrington sands, bringing us back round on to the promenade and through the town and railway station. Welcome to Walking Paul, my YouTube channel dedicated to walks specifically in and around the island of Jersey, a British Crown Dependency forty five square miles in size located in the English Channel between England and France. Despite it's small size, Jersey boasts a multitude of inland countryside rambles as well as expansive coastal walks which takes in rugged coastlines with far reaching views over the French coast and neighbouring Channel Islands, soft sandy beaches with crystal clear waters and rocky outcrops with vast tidal ranges which can increase the land mass by one fifth at a low tide. Most of my walks take place in the early morning or during the evening to avoid increase in motor traffic that often disturbs the tranquil ambience of a pleasant walk, as well as to take in the soothing sounds of nature, the sounds of airplanes arriving and departing, and the odd sound of my laboured breathing if there is a long hill!
