Honestly have no clue why this has yet to be uploaded in full on YouTube but here it is. This crowdfunding campaign was just recently completed at the end of May and I participated in the campaign. I also don't believe that snippets or previews of this concert should be the only footage of it on YouTube. It is incredibly vital to have things like this concert for the entire world to enjoy, including those who helped get this concert out there and especially since Janet has not had a live concert release since this tour was released twenty years ago at this point. This was only the fifth concert on the All For You Tour and it's very remarkable seeing all of the major and minor differences between this concert and what would eventually be broadcast on HBO from Hawaii in February 2002.
