Its super easy recipe which will be loved by kids and adults. When you have a lot of menu to cook, try this recipe which will make your work super fast and super easy. Caramel garnishing always goes awesome with desserts. It gives n tempting look. Do try this recipe and let me know in comment section. Ingredients: (For 2 servings) [ ] Vanilla ice- 4 scoop Amul vanilla ice cream [ ] Rasgulla- 2 Rasgullas [ ] Almonds- Chopped 3-4 almonds [ ] Pistachios- Chopped 3-4 Pistachios [ ] Strawberry- chopped 4 strawberries Ingredients for garnishing: [ ] Sugar - 1/4 cup sugar [ ] Chocolate syrup: as per choice Instructions In a large heavy saucepan, cook and stir 1/4 cup sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and golden. Mould it into different garnishing shapes. let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, take the Rasgulla out. You can go with either canned rasgulla, home made or store bought. I used canned rasgulla. Take each rasgulla and gently squeeze out the syrup. Dont make it too dry, little moisture in the rasgulla is ok. Squeeze out the syrup from the rest of the rasgulla and place them in a bowl. And wash Rasgulla with water. Squeeze out water as well. Crumble the rasgulla, few little chunks here and there is ok. Clean the strawberry, pat them dry. Cut the strawberry into small pieces. In a bowl add the crumbled Rasgulla, place 2 scoops of Amul vanilla ice cream. Add the chopped strawberry and chopped almonds and pistachios to the ice cream. Top it with chocolate syrup. Garnish it with caramel shapes. It’s ready to serve.
