🌿 Akki Roti / Talipattu with Sabasige Soppu (Dill Leaves) Perfect for breakfast or dinner – soft inside, slightly crispy outside 😍 Very popular in Karnataka homes. 📝 Ingredients: 2 cup rice flour (akki hittu) ½ cup sabasige soppu (dill leaves) – finely chopped 2 small onion – finely chopped 2–4 green chillies – chopped 1 tbsp grated carrot 1 tbsp grated cucumber 1 tsp jeera Few curry leaves – chopped Salt to taste 1 tsp oil Warm water – as needed Oil/ghee for roasting 👩🍳 Method: • In a bowl, mix rice flour, dill leaves, onion, green chilli, carrot, cucumber,jeera, curry leaves, salt and 1 tsp oil. •Add warm water little by little and knead into a soft dough (not too sticky, not too dry). •Take a butter paper/banana leaf or directly pat on tawa with wet hands. •Flatten gently into medium thick roti. •Make 2–3 small holes on top and add few drops of oil. Cook on medium flame. •Cover and cook 2–3 minutes.
