Feat. Capustak and Turducken carver! This clear took 18 turns and 2 HP potions. This is an excerpt from a recent stream which I have sped up and edited to improve viewing experience. See the unedited footage here: • DragonFable | Theatre of Frost - DragonWar... Thanks to everyone who turned up for the stream! This is an astronomically unlikely clear that took over 400 attempts. Some of these were during the stream some off stream. Never ever try this, the odds of success are well below 1%. At long last I'm back with another DW clear and, unfortunately, this has not exactly renewed my interest in playing this class. On paper the matchup is solid: neither boss has high HP and there's no damage gated phases or anything. There are a few things that turn this clear from routine into borderline masochism however. First, Shining Blade of Frostval's random present mechanic is utter hell for DW and it's ultra rigid 'square in the circle hole' approach. If SBoF rolls lightning first then you auto lose since you effectively can't avoid his heal on turn 4 which takes him out of burst range. Additionally, rolling Twig Lightning Alchemical means that the heal will take place while he has 60 bonus and you are under a BPD shield so that gets ruled out as well. This means this clear has roughly a 50% chance to insta-lose on turn 1. The next big annoyance is the bosses' passive crit, 33 each. This isn't so bad for a single turn but over the course of the whole fight it is absolute penance. Since DW's playstyle is so unforgiving, ANY glancing crit through your BPD shields is a loss. Even getting to turn 4 is only about a 1 in 10 occurrence because of this. This is compounded by Harvester's Frequent +Bonus buffs, which are a hit to reliability, despite using stuns to diminish both of them. Lastly, Harvester has a very substantial heal that gets triggered below 60% HP (8654) which is a death sentence for DW, you don't have the sustain or defence to get another rotation going before he defeats you if this happens. This means we need to tiptoe around before unleash, which is really stretched to it's limits without Draco support, requiring a stan and capustak duo to finish the job, on top of a turducken proc! On the bright side if I managed to get this done then Jex can't be too far away... 200 STR 200 DEX 45 CHA 200 Protection 1 Fighting 200 Assistance 200 Mischief
