Cinnamon Rolls Recipe Dough Ingredients • 500 g flour • 250 ml fresh milk (3.5% fat) • 100 g white sugar • 70 g butter • 1 egg • 1 cube fresh yeast • A pinch of salt • 2 packets vanilla sugar ⸻ Step 1 – Prepare the Dough 1. Mix the milk, sugar, and the crumbled yeast in a blender for about 2 minutes. 2. Add the salt, egg, and vanilla sugar and continue mixing briefly. 3. Add the flour in 2–3 portions and mix for another 2 minutes until combined. 4. Add the melted butter and let the dough mix gently for about 10 minutes until smooth. 5. Transfer the dough into a bowl, cover it, and let it rest for 90–120 minutes, until doubled in size. After rising, flour your work surface lightly and roll out the dough. ⸻ Filling Ingredients • 200 g brown sugar • 3 tablespoons cinnamon • 200 g butter • 150 g coconut flakes • 200 g crushed almonds • A handful of raisins soaked in hot water ⸻ Step 2 – Prepare the Filling & Shape 1. Melt the butter, then mix it with the brown sugar and cinnamon. 2. Spread this mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough. 3. Sprinkle the coconut flakes, crushed almonds, and drained raisins over it. 4. Roll up the dough tightly from the long side to form one long “snake.” 5. Cut into equal-sized rolls. ⸻ Step 3 – Bake 1. Preheat the oven to 230°C (very hot). 2. Place the rolls into a cast-iron pan or baking dish. 3. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden brown. ⸻ Frosting Ingredients • 100 g powdered sugar • 100 g clotted cream cheese • A few drops of liquid vanilla extract ⸻ Step 4 – Frosting 1. Mix the powdered sugar, clotted cream cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth. 2.
