Stavros Mavrogenis presents a talk about climate change and international relations. A deeper view on the subject through his trips to small island states. Dr. Stavros Mavrogenis hols a PhD from the Department of International and European Studies of the Panteion University on the subject of International Law with a focus on Climate Change Adaptation, Law and Politics. Within his doctoral research he has developed an active collaboration with the International Institute for the Enviroment and Development (IIED) of London and with the research program "Many Strong Voices" of the Center for International Climate and Enviromental Research of Oslo (CICERO).
