If you want to know how an ordinary Chinese person sees America, this video is for you. I grew up in China and have never lived in the United States. For a long time, America existed in my mind mostly through news, stories, and discussions—some positive, some negative. In this video, I share how I’ve gradually formed my understanding of America as a normal person from China: What freedom looks like from my perspective. How Americans express themselves compared to Chinese society. My impressions of work, independence, and social life. How American technology influences daily life around the world. And the questions I still have about real life in the U.S.. These are only my personal observations and feelings. They don’t represent all Chinese people, and they may not be completely accurate. That’s exactly why I want to talk about them openly—and hear from you. If you’re American, I’d really like to know: How do you see your own country? If you’re not American: How do you see the United States from where you live? Feel free to correct me, share your experiences, or add perspectives in the comments. I’m here to learn, not to judge.
