In 2024 I had what many would call my most successful year, traveling, publishing my first book, getting married, honey moon,... checking every box. And yet physically I was fading and my appearance was glowing down. In this video I want to share why success that outpaces the nervous system leads to disembodiment and why manifestations don't last when the body isn't included. Ignoring the body to push with the mind, especially after a complicated past or traumas and emotions still stuck there, is actually self betrayal, not ambition. Today I choose to go slower, not to have less, not to abandon my dreams but to take the time to embody every step and identity fully and sustainably.
