Day 25 of our April 2025 trip and we continue into Brittany. Our first visit to Auray was a delightful surprise.This lovely old town has a traditional feel and a marvellous setting. The walk alongside the old port soon convinced us that next time we would stay here and enjoy those quayside cafes/restaurants for a couple of evenings. This part of Brittany is home to some truly intriguing and mesmerising alignments of standing stones some of which date back over 4500 years.
