Museo Sugbo, the Cebu Provincial Museum has a series of galleries for guests to explore. From prehistoric relics to personal effects from the Spanish and American colonial era until modern Philippines history. The Museo, which was the former provincial jail, was built in 1871 from sturdy old coral stone and is located only a few blocks away from other famous tourist spots like Magellans Cross, Casa Gorordo, and The Jesuit House Museum.
