ENZODA Ohhhh yeah this one SLAPS. I originally wanted to force carbonate this but it gets a little tricky to do that to milk punch, especially with my current unprofessional set up. But yeah the results are still absolutely stunning! Light, crisp and refreshing, you're gonna want to make a bunch of these I guarantee it. Muddle 6 green grapes then add: 1oz Gin 1oz Red Bitter Aperitivo 1oz Lemon Juice .5oz Simple Syrup. In a separate vessel add 1oz of milk Add in your other ingredients, stir, and rest for at least 20 minutes. Pour all of that through a coffee filter, when it starts to run clear switch containers, the run the cloudy mix through the filter again. Stir 4 oz of the clarified milk punch with, strain into a tall glass with clear ice. Top with soda and lightly mix to combine.
