(9-23-25) This is the elevator located inside this office building here in Winter Haven FL. This was originally a vintage General Oiltronic from the late 1970s that got a HXPress mod by Schindler with MAD sometime in the mid 2010s. At least they left the cab original back when this was installed as a General but that's the only thing left original as everything else, including the motor was replaced. Overall, this is a decent elevator but it would have been cooler if this was original. I also noticed a slight glitch on the front up/down lantern right around 0:25 in the video where it lit up down instead of up. After I got done taking my pics, this elevator malfunctioned as I heard it nudging so I left the building and didn't really want to mess with it.
