Bad Chad vs Colton: Who can fabricate the better B pillar? Friendly competition turns sour... 😬

We’re diving into one of the trickiest parts of the build... constructing the inside of the B pillar for that beautifully rounded door. There are several ways to approach this, and today, we’re turning it into a friendly competition. Chad is known for his method of simplifying the process by creating it from multiple pieces and welding them together. On the flip side, Colton is going to attempt to form it from a single piece using the shrinker, stretcher, and brake. Both methods have pros and cons: welding takes time but gives you control, while forming one piece takes finesse and patience. We’ll see which approach actually wins out in terms of fit, finish, and time. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Bad Chad episode without running into a hiccup. The very first piece we applied caused some unexpected tension (literally) before things finally started to come together.
