The Green Machine by Cool Machines: High-Production Wall Spray System When insulation contractors begin scaling into high-volume residential and commercial projects, production capacity becomes critical. The Green Machine by Cool Machines, now available from Insulation Machines, is designed for contractors who need to move more material and maintain consistent production on large wall spray jobs. This purpose-built system features a large dual-hopper design, including a dry hopper that holds approximately 12 bales of cellulose insulation. This allows crews to stage material and maintain a continuous feed, reducing downtime and keeping installers focused on production. The Green Machine also includes a centrifugal recycle system that captures overspray and returns the material back into the machine. Internal filter bags and baffles separate the air from the fiber so the insulation can be reused, helping reduce waste and improve efficiency on every job. The machine is equipped with a powerful blower system with dual relief valves, allowing contractors to fine-tune airflow for wall spray or dense pack insulation. While primarily designed for cellulose wall spray, the Green Machine can also support fiberglass spider systems when equipped with the optional high-pressure M3 water pump capable of up to 1,000 PSI. It can also be used to dense pack or attic loose-fill. Like other equipment built by Cool Machines, the Green Machine is designed for simple mechanical service, with belt-driven and chain-driven components that can be maintained in your shop or in the field using tools found in an average toolbox.
