Retrofit MAHO MH-400E 1986 Control Console

Building frame and housing for my custom design Control Console. The Console was designed in Solidworks, and it is made of 3, 4, and 6mm ALUminum. Console will be housing for an 22" Widescreen touchscreen, An Mini ITX PC running on Intel I3, SSD disk and 16Gb of RAM. There will also be a pair of Pokeys56U to run all the buttons on the panel along with the HandJog wheel, and a pair of Arduino 16x rellay boards for the lights in all the buttons .Allso there will be a Stainless Steel keyboard with trackball and keypad. The mill is an Maho MH-400E from 1986 with only a few hours in use. From factory it was delivered with Siemens system, and DC servo motors. Now I have replaced all servos with new AC servos from DMM in Canada. 750w on X and Y. 1.3Kw on Z with brake. Drives are DMM DYN4 series. Running on ESS Smoothstepper and Mach3.
