1976 Colorado or Bust

THE 1976 COLORADO OR BUST This is the story of Milton and me going to Colorado right after I graduated from NC State. We took all our music equipment and my dog, Pud, in Milton's Ford Fairlane. I built a trailer and off we went. Colorado or Bust. My mother died later that year and I had to return to Panama. Milton returned to NC where I met back up with him a few years later. We made another pilgrimage to Colorado but went to Boulder instead of Fort Collins that time. All in all, Milton and I played music together for about fifty years. He is on countless of my songs and videos (that you can hear) on my Mark Fielding Darden You Tube site. At his insistence, we don't see each other these days, and that saddens me. I hope that changes before we die.
