It all begins in our minds. As we continue to reflect, we see the importance of our own mental health and mindset. Recovery and prevention are the drivers for a healthy growth mindset. The power of our own awareness reveals lingering internal unresolved, unhealed perceptions, moments, and feelings needing our attention. We all have that nagging feeling of things that need to be addressed internally. It is very challenging to be fully present with these unresolved moments. We sit with them to process, understand, honor, and fully accept them. We are no longer the mind-body connection to these past moments; we must prioritize the time necessary to free ourselves mentally and emotionally from our past. After reading this, what comes to mind? Does your ego take over with excuses or reasons? Self-love and Self-worth are the catalysts to prioritize recovery and prevention. If you struggle to see the above clearly, meditate on Self-love and Self-worth. You are the architect of your life in partnership with God. Let go of what no longer serves you.
