Credits: Ayhan Aydin Bektashi community in North Macedonia is officially registered as a community on it's own according of Law on Religious Communities and Religious Groups. Bektashi Community of North Macedonia has been requiring for years ownership for Harabati Baba Tekke but the Goverment of North Macedonia has declined their request and has given the ownership of Harabati Baba Tekke to Islamic Religious Group of North Macedonia. Even the EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS approved the ownership of the Harabati Baba Tekke and is requiring from the Government of North Macedonia to return the ownership of Harabati Baba Tekke to the true owner(Bektashi Community of North Macedonia) yet nothing has taken from the Government or the Court of North Macedonia!
