Autodesk Fusion 360 | Quick Tip: Haas Tooling in the New Fusion 360 Tool Library

Haas Tooling is a product line of tools and holders that can be bought direct from Haas Automation. The team at Autodesk worked with Haas to develop a library of their tools for Fusion 360. In this video, you will learn how to download and use those tools. The first step is to go to the Fusion 360 tools website. A shortcut to navigate there is to search for “Autodesk CAM tools” or “Fusion 360 tools” and click the “CAM to autodesk.com” link. Next, search for “Haas” in the search bar and the Haas tooling library will appear. Click “For Fusion 360” to download the library that we will import. In Fusion 360, open the tool library and right click on “Cloud” or “Local,” depending on your save preference, in the left panel and select “Import libraries.” You will then see a new library containing all the Haas cutting tools, including cutting data and a link to each tool’s webpage for purchase. Access Haas Tooling tools – including feed, speed, stepover, and stepdown presets – all right from the new tool library.
