Working Principle of DIR vacuum distillation used oil regenerate equipment A proposal for processing waste lube oil and industrial oils, using high vacuum distillation technology is presented here. The various steps involved in the projects are given below. Step1: The waste oil is send to heat blender tank, pump the catalyst from catalyst tank to heat blender tank, there have physicochemical action between the waste oil and catalyst. Step2: pump the all the oil and catalyst into distillation kettle, all the oil and catalyst circulate in heat exchanger and distillation kettle, oil been heated. This waste oil is approx 100 degree at 0.098Mpa, have water and some light fractions separated, and collected in water tank. Step3: The temperature is keep rising up to 150-210degree at 500Pa , the lighter fractions such as gasoline, diesel are distilled and cooled and then stored in diesel receiving tank. Step4: The undistilled waste oil subjected to high vacuum, medium temperature in the heated distillation plant, the light base oil fraction is distilled and cooled and then collected in the light base oil tank( above 220degree and at a pressure of 300Pa). Step 5: The undistilled waste oil subjected to high vacuum, high temperature in distillation plant, the heavy base oil fraction is distilled and cooled and then collected in the base oil tank ( above 250degree and at a pressure of 100Pa). Step6: The distilled oils are clean oil generally no need further treatment, they are going to be blended with additives to get finished oils for the automotive and industrial applications.
