Mountains are not "natural". There was a highly advanced civilization living here for ages. Then too much electricity from the grid below. And they had a meltdown around five hundred years ago because of the insane heat. Then a new history, post meltdown history, began for the survivors of the event leading up to now. Something caused too much electricity from below causing everything in the realm to melt. This means temperatures had to alter the state of all of the liquid water into gas that would rise into the clouds until the temperature had cooled down enough to alter back into a liquid causing the floods you see all around. All continents and islands are just melted buildings that remained above the flood water. The pockets of survival are the biggest cities that survived this event meaning none of these cities were built by the survivors but were actually just inherited and then the designations changed to suite the new world control freaks. Some areas survived completely intact while others had to completely start over like "cavemen". This is how the different classes started. The former being the new royalty class creating religion and class to control while the latter having nothing are having to start over completely like a lower class all together. So the colonists went out to claim as much infrastructure as they could to try and control the rest of the world. Then the powers that shouldn't be divided everyone up into nations and caused wars to divide and conquer the world. Now we are basically slaves compared to just one hundred and fifty years ago showing how fast and easy it was to change the mindset of the world from a day where you could leave your doors unlocked and keys in the ignition of cars to now where you can't thanks to television "programming". Then they used wars again, created banks and credit and confined everyone to a small portion of the land, created a real estate market to achieve this selling you land that they never even paid for in the first place. You can't make it up! Now they want to confine us into a digital prison via digital currencies and social credit systems to save a world that isn't dying but instead is being destroyed by the powers that shouldn't be.
