Welcome to my personal perspective on Human Design through the lenses of creativity. In this video I share my love of Human Design and creativity and how they provide us with pathways towards self-awareness. I am Lucy Hyland and I have spent two decades exploring creativity and wellbeing. This channel brings my own personal experimentation with using creativity, such as drawing and meditation doodling, a practice that has deepened by understanding and experience of my chart and the transits that affect me. With this I blend my work in Creative Human Design sessions, where clients will draw their charts or elements of their design that they want a deeper connection with. As we draw, we create a bridge between our dark and unknown internal world which is very much a sensing space and our visual external world. We get to witness ourselves in a whole new way. It doesn't matter whether you are an artist or completely new to creativity, you don't need experience or special tools to join me in some simple creative self-care exercises and connect with your own self-care.
