Do you have a Defensive Mindset?

First, you have to realize is that bad things can happen to you. If you go through life with blinders on, you are asking for trouble and wont be ready when it come knocking. Do you have a defensive mindset? This question may sound obvious, but you really need to ask yourself what you are willing to do to defend yourself and your family. Even someone who is willing to defend themselves should be prepared to freeze up. Once the adrenaline and fear start to flow, people do strange things, they might not want to do. The best way to counter this is to practice and build "what-if" scenarios. Then develop solutions. You will be much better prepared if the real thing happens.
