The song tells the story of a lonely bride who walks through decaying rationalist buildings, shattered dreams, and silences that weigh like memories, in the metaphysical city of Tresigallo. Born as a dream of urban perfection, designed as an ideal city by the architect Carlo Frighi, Tresigallo today seems to hold its breath: clouds descending, motionless wind, collapsing skies. In this suspended setting, Broken Dreams takes shape, a story of love for a place that no longer offers salvation, of broken hopes, and of the human need to escape from darkness.
