Kurum İçi Mentorluk Gelişim Programı | 2025 Mezuniyet Töreni Mentorlukla gelişen bir yolculuğu daha tamamlamanın mutluluğunu yaşıyoruz. 21 Mayıs 2024’te başlayan Mentorunla Gelişime Bak Programı 3. grubu, 13 Şubat 2025’te gerçekleşen mezuniyet töreni ile tamamlandı. 23 menti ve 23 mentorun gönüllü katılımıyla başlayan bu süreç, House of Human iş birliğiyle verilen eğitimler ve 5 seanslık birebir görüşmelerle zenginleşti. Program, grup koçluğu, birebir süpervizyon ve tepe yönetim vizyon görüşmeleriyle desteklenerek katılımcılarımıza değerli deneyimler sundu. Bu anlamlı yolculukta bilgi ve deneyimlerini paylaşan mentorlarımıza ve gelişim sorumluluğunu üstlenen mentilerimize gönülden teşekkür ederiz! In-House Mentoring Development Program | 2025 Graduation Ceremony We are happy to complete another journey that develops with mentorship. The 3rd group of the Look at Development with Your Mentor Program, which started on May 21, 2024, was completed with the graduation ceremony held on February 13, 2025. This process, which started with the voluntary participation of 23 mentees and 23 mentors, was enriched with trainings and 5 sessions of one-to-one meetings in cooperation with House of Human. The program was supported by group coaching, one-on-one supervision meetings and vision meetings with senior management, offering valuable experiences to our participants.
