2001 Hoover Twin Chamber Bagless U5280-990

Hi everyone. I apologize for not making new videos for a while. It's been a little weird in February this year especially since getting very sick during the middle of the month but everything is going well. Here's one of my latest vacuums. Ever since I got my hands on a 12 amp Twin Chamber almost 2 years ago, I wanted to try out to see what it's like using the original Twin Chamber with the 6.9 amp motor. So I finally got one except I was trying to come across a dark reddish purple model which is the U5294-900 but I think they're very hard to come by but this one is still perfect. Of course, this is the original Elite based bagless and speaking of Elite, this is my 47th Elite style upright too. I came across this off from eBay and I just eyeballing it for several days and I just had to get it. I love the translucent blue on this one and it has the 6.9 amp motor as well. Unfortunately, when I got this the only issue it had was the front wheel assembly got broken during shipping so luckily I found a brand new one from VacuumMedic.com and installed it like nothing happened. And just like my Elites, I took everything apart and cleaned it up and let everything air dry and after that I installed a new filter, CWP brushroll with a new belt, and an LED light bulb. It came with almost complete attachments but the only one it needed was the upholstery nozzle. It also came with an extra wand and floor brush but I wasn't a fan of the brush. I also greased the belt side bearing hopefully that it will sound more smoothly but I think it is the fan side bearing but still sounds not too bad. Other than that, it actually works pretty good for what it is and even though people still have complaints about these vacuums about the bagless design and filtration which is understandable but they're much better than the new Hoovers nowadays and of course they groom the carpets very well and clean good too.
