Welcome back to The Wads! 💛 With summer right around the corner, I am in full get-my-life-together mode—and one of the biggest ways I can stay on top of the chaos is by prepping meals ahead of time for the week. I’m feeding a crew of seven (five kids!), and let me tell you: if their bellies aren’t full, nothing else gets done. 😅 Taking just a couple of hours in the kitchen to meal prep for the week ahead so I'm not spending all day in the kitchen cooking for my family! I get to enjoy summer too!! Today I’m bringing you a REALISTIC SUMMER MEAL PREP—it’s simple, doable, and full of easy recipes you can make in just a few hours and enjoy all week long. We’re talking breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners, and desserts that are family-friendly, mostly healthy, protein-packed, and—most importantly—delicious! These are the kinds of meals that help me survive the week without living in my kitchen. All made from scratch with whole, real ingredients. No stress, no fuss, just realistic food that tastes amazing and keeps ✨ This week’s meal prep includes: 🍓 Baked Berry Oatmeal Bake – A fruity, fresh, and lightly sweet breakfast that comes together with just a few ingredients. Minimal effort, BIG summer flavor. 🥒 5 Shades of Green Pressed Juice – My current obsession! This juice is refreshing, full of nutrients, and stays fresh in the fridge for 3-5 days.
