This video is made to help climbers/ people heal a Finger A2 or A4 pulley injury using the Wave Tool. I found CBD infused creams and lotions to be the most effective, however, any type of lotion or oil will work for these techniques. This is known as the scraping technique and it aims to reduce scar tissue and get you back to your climbing potential after a finger injury. Hopefully, this video helps you get past the "denial" phase and into a recovery phase. You should be able to keep climbing as long as you avoid crimpy or finger intense climbs. Instead, focus on slopers and big open handholds. I am not a doctor or physical therapist, and this is merely based on my own experience from having many pulley injuries
