First Time Playing Guitar Since My Recovery

Posting this for other people who are either disabled or in recovery from anything, anything at all. You can do it !! For me it took an entire year to be able to look at a guitar. I had some pretty violent experiences during my recovery from psychosis, which is a condition that quite literally changes your entire life. However, I made it out on the other side - and I'm really happy to say I'm excited for the future. Hopefully next time you hear this song I will also sing on it, but one step at a time right :)) I'm lucky I got good friends and finding a psychiatric hospital that took care of me fairly swiftly once I finally got there. So, Please, remember to have empathy for the people out there that aren't as lucky as me and treat them with patience and empathy. =)) Now I truly hope this can inspire someone out there to also take that step to get back into it, whatever that may be.
