Welcome Message to Non-Local Students from Prof. Timothy W. Tong, the President of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University at 2015 CMSA Non-local Students' Orientation Night. 香港理工大學校長唐偉章教授在2015年CMSA非本地生迎新晚會上對非本地新生的歡迎辭。 At the beginning of new semester, Chinese Mainland Students' Association (CMSA) get the honour to invite Prof. Tong to give a welcome message to all freshman especially non-local freshman.
