A Year of Sewing: Everything I Made and Learned in 2025

For most of 2025, my mind was set to sewing with intention, slowing down, and embracing the process of sewing basics. So I felt like I didn’t make a lot of things during 2025 — but I still ended up with 40 finished sewing projects. Including 10 samples for my own sewing patterns, a good amount of basics using a few self-drafted patterns and some commercial sewing patterns, a handful of non-wearables and some significant mends & repairing projects.
