Hello, we are Life in Shikoku. We went to see cherry blossoms and magnolias in Tobe Town and Toon City in Ehime Prefecture. First, we visited Akasaka Izumi Park in Tobe Town along the Shigenobu River, a first-class river. It is a flowing spring fed by the subsoil water of the Shigenobu River, and cherry trees are planted around it. The dark-colored yoko cherry trees are especially famous. The yoko cherry had begun to fall, but the someiyoshino cherry trees were at their best. We were able to see the beautiful scenery of two kinds of cherry blossoms. Next, to the Ehime Morino Koryu Center in Toon City. Many magnolias were planted here, and their beautiful purple-red flowers were in full bloom. Various flowering trees were also planted and in full bloom in spring. There were also many cherry trees planted, making it a popular viewing spot for cherry blossoms.
