*It's not really 3.1 Billion DPS, don't get baited by Ice Spears and by my POB warrior build on PoE ninja. True DPS is 2 Billion and Eye of Winter is FAR superior. This setup in the video arguably has less damage than a power charge stacking one I had when soloing Uber Sirus, it just that +1 frenzy rings gives us more mine throwing speed, and not actual increase in damage from each mine.
