This 1971 Mustang has had a huge amount of money spent during its build which was completed in 2017. The engine was a new 347ci V8 Ford Racing crate engine paired to a built C4 Automatic. The engine received a few upgrades including MSD ignition, and a billet specialties pulley kit. The cooling system was also upgraded to an aluminium radiator with twin thermo fans. The engine bay is finished with billet tanks and hood hinges. The front end was fully rebuilt at the same time to ensure the car handled as it should. The car was stripped to a shell and paintwork was professionally done here in QLD in red with black stripes. The bumpers of the car were colour coded for a more modern look. The car sits lowered on king springs over a set of custom Show Wheels measuring 18 inches in the front and 20 inches in the rear. Various external trims were replaced as needed and the rubbers and seals were also new. Inside the first thing you notice is that the car was converted to right hand drive. This was done using a custom fabricated steel dash. A custom center console was also fabricated up at the same time. The interior has been fully retrimmed in black leather which is all in good condition. Dakota Digital gauges give the whole dash a modern feel and compliments the big stereo system with a Pioneer touch screen head unit, speakers front and rear as well as an amp and 12” subwoofer. Keeping things comfortable on those hotter days is a Vintage Air air conditioning setup. It has also been upgraded to include power windows for the cooler days when you want to cruise around with the windows down. A nice muscle car for someone that wants something finished, being right hand drive with air conditioning makes the car super comfortable to use and enjoy.
