Styling Backseam Pantyhose | An Edgy & Chic GRWM

Hello everyone, it's Erika, and welcome back! Today, I’m showing you another one of my favorite pantyhose looks, which I find to be both pretty and a little bit edgy. I'm starting with a pair of nude mid-seam pantyhose that have a classic black backseam. A little trick I use is to put them on in front of a mirror to make sure that seam is perfectly straight! I've paired them with a pleated black mini-skirt from Brandy Melville and a cute, cropped "Seattle" t-shirt. I love the contrast between the elegant, vintage-style backseam hosiery and the grungy vibe of the rest of the outfit. But I also wanted to try a little layering experiment! I decided to put a pair of light-denier black pantyhose on over the backseam ones. I was curious to see if the seam would still be visible, and it was! It created this really cool, subtle layered effect. The top layer also had a comfortable reinforced waistband, which made them feel great and supportive. It’s like getting two or three different looks out of one pair of pantyhose! This all-black layered look feels a bit more night-time appropriate, but I think you could still rock it during the day.
