Today's recipe is a traditional fish dish from Bangladeshi cuisine, Rohu Fish Bhuna/Rui Macher Bhuna Bhuna’ refers to a cooking technique in which the water is dried out on high heat and entails vigorous stirring and shaking of the pan. We have used Rohu fish which goes really well with this recipe.It's great served alongside rice and a simple cucumber salad for a change of pace from your usual fish dinner. It is one of the most famous fish recipe from bangladeshi Cuisine and I absolutely love it. Do try this mouthwatering Fish dish to send your tastebuds to a tizzy.
