These Gluten Free Millionaire Shortbread Bars are nothing short of an AMAZING dessert. They have a crisp shortbread crust, a chewy caramel filling, and a heavenly chocolate top. They’re basically an easier way to get your Twix candy bar fix but easier, better, and gluten free! I was inspired by a couple different recipes, one of which included using some of the ingredients and methods the Preppy Kitchen version uses. While there are a few steps involved, nothing is difficult and everyone who tried them loved them.
